d.o.o. company has defined and adopted the Quality Policy, Environmental
Policy, and Work health and safety Policy, as the an integral part of the
Company Policy in accordance with: ▪ The fundamental purposes and the mission of the company (i.e. services
of Project Design and Implementation of Engineering Projects), ▪ The direction of the company’s development (i.e. to maintain and
increase the extent of work for existing clients, and to acquire new
clients), ▪ The fundamental vision of progress and improvement (i.e. to enforce
innovations and new technological procedures in practice, in order to improve
the quality of service and to increase productivity), ▪ The basic principle that the environmental care, and employees’ safety
and health are among the highest priorities in the company, ▪ The intention of achieving the best possible results in service
execution, while using basic and auxiliary materials optimally and with the
minimal burden to the environment, ▪ The intention of achieving the best possible results in service
execution, while preventing potential risks of injuries and health issues of
employees. In
accordance to the management’s and employees’ commitment for the Quality
management, Environmental protection, and Safety and health risk management,
we perform certain activities to continually improve the leadership system: ▪ We meet the legislative and other requirements in the fields of
quality, environmental care, work safety and health for engineering services, ▪ We maintain the compliance of leadership system with the regulations
10 CFR50 appendix B and 10 CFR21 appendix A, ▪ We set realistic quality goals, environmental goals, and safety and
health goals, which we aim to realize, ▪ We ensure adequate and satisfactory resources, including training, to
achieve long-lasting accordance with the set policy and goals, ▪ We evaluate the success of the company
with respect to the set policy and goals, and seek to improve Quality
management, Environmental care and Safety and health risk management, ▪ A process of judging and inspecting the leadership system is set with
the intention of identifying the opportunities to improve the system,
resulting in increased efficiency in
the fields of quality, environmental care, work safety and health, ▪ We inform and cooperate with interested parties on fields of quality
management, environmental care, work safety and health, ▪ We inform and train all employees and personnel working for the
company in terms of influencing the improvement of work safety and health, by
communicating in various ways, such as meeting, consulting and cooperating
with the employees with work safety and health factors. The management
is committed to realise the requirement for the
quality of service, to unceasingly reduce negative
effects our activities have on environment, especially by rationalizing the
use of energy sources, waste management and improving the working
environment, and to prevent safety and health risks of the employees,
